Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pocket Promise by Jennifer's Joy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within four business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


3. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pocket Promise by Jennifer's Joy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


4. Damages

Pocket Promise by Jennifer's Joy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at customer.service@pocket-promise.com and we will be happy to work with you and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging as proof.


5. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship only to the United States geographical region.


6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at customer.service@pocket-promise.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.


7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with your neighbors or front desk.

  2. Wait 1-2 additional business days (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before arrival).

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
